Anyone know how much they get paid ?
The writers are being cheated and they are worth every penny. I’m glad of any news of a possible return for Heroes as well as any news that points to a fair deal for the writers.
I agree, but I’m just interested how much they earn (on average).
It’s a HUGE shame that Heroes is on hold! And I agree the writers shold be paid a fair amount, just like the actors are probly getting! BRING BACK OUR HEROES!!
There is a rumor going around that the deal has been made but we are in an info blackout so no one has either confirmed or denied. It’s best not to get your hopes up but it’s always okay to be optimistic.
Man, I hope the writer’s strike ends soon. There are rumours that it could be finished like.. this week, but I don’t really trust them. Here’s hoping to a fair deal, and soon.
Heroes is great and its the writers that make it great in my opinion they should be getting paid more than the actors as they are the ones being creative
The writers definitely deserve more. They get relatively little from DVD and internet sales, and they’re the ones who actually make the stories. I think the film companies deserve the most, as they’re the ones who fund the writers and give them staff/props etc. If anything it should be the actors, who have been so “supportive” to the writers should be digging into their pockets because they’re the ones protesting from their nice Hollywood mansions. I realise that the actors have to work pretty hard but what’s the point if they don’t have any lines to learn? Writers are just as integral as actors even if you don’t actually see them so I think I can excuse them for being dic*heads.

ok, so in the meantime, what will happen to the series from now until September? Will we be watching repeated episodes? Will we keep on reading the online novels until then? I’m so hooked on the show!!! I’m desperate to know what’s next! If Season 3 starts until september, will we get new episodes from season 2?…I’m confused!!

There’s no more of season 2, it ended with 11 episodes. Now we wait for season 3, like I said - in September.

Whoever told you it’s shooting in March is a complete liar.
The new volume won’t start shooting until AT LEAST a month after the Writer’s strike ends. It is now March.
October is more realistic.

what happened to the mini season they were supposed to have lined up. I was hearing alot about it on the internet but everything stoppped when the strikes started. Wa gwan?
Claude avoided the Company for 7 years and Sylar for all of season 1. If they bring Claude back just to kill him I will be furious. I did hear from one of my sources that the invisible man will be returning with Volume (season) Three in the fall.
i am hoping for more fantastic heroes in Season 3! For examples, control weathers, talk with animals, body divide and more!!!
Ey im actually willing to give a small donation for the writers to keep up the good work!!!! If thats what its about, then im sure many people would be willing to do some input. Oh well, we hope for the best!! =(
