Spoilers: Heroes Season 3 and the Butterfly Effect
Heroes Director Allan Arkush was recently interviewed by TVGuide. He provided us with some great news and spoilers about Season 3. Here’s what we have learnt ( there were some stuff I already mentioned in previous posts) :
- In Season 3 there will be some huge surprises. One change viewers will notice is a new series regular.
- We’ll learn more about Angela & Kaito relationship ( Hiro – their child? )
- It will be very clear who are the season 3 villains. Also, there will be a lot of Sylar scenes.
- We will learn more about the very nature of these powers — where they come from, who has them, what the different aspects are of how they each got their powers and how it affects them.
- The actual genetic essence of the powers is going to be a major storyline this year.
And the most interesting part of the interview in my opinion…
- Every time you change something, every time you step on a butterfly, you could be changing the flow of the universe. That’s the chaos theory and that’s one of the things this season is about.

Interesting. I was just a nursing conference yesterday where they happened to bring up butterflies as a symbol of change or rebirth.
would be hilarious if Hiro was Angela & Kaito’s child. would explain why Hiro’s sister does have Hero-genes. hehe
But man ohhh man (lol) come on Allan, Mr. Arkush. Air a trailer with a Series-Air-Date. hehe
I meant, “sister doesn’t have”
Well, about Hiro, is true that his is older than his sister, that may be a reason that he is Kaito and Angela’s child, that Angela left Hiro to Kaito’s care, and Kaito meet Ishi, his wife, and then Hiro’s sister was born cause of that relationship, and wow, knowing that Nathan and Hiro get along well ^-^, that could be surprised, but may ruin too the fact that Nathan is Linderman’s son, that should have been told in season 1…
I dont think it may fit the story, I think is better that Sylar may be Peter’s twin brother, knowing that both have the same age or that one of the possible 12 Sylars is the possible brother, Peter’s twin younger brother, since in the beggining of the story was planned that Peter and Nathan to be twin brothers, but Maya and Alejandro had the twin role. Speaking of possible younger brother, that he was locked by the company since his birth, because his power is very dangerous, more dangerous than a nuclear bomb, or being immortal, more likely that his power could be like being god, that he can do anything he wants just with one word or move he could be unstoppable, but being that could fit as well, having a soo much powerfull character…
About the brothers and sisters, what if Jessica didn’t really die? What if the company had Jessica while Niki and her father thougth that she died when she was 11…
That would explain why some spoilers are saying something like Niki will die but the acctress will still stay in the show…
Remember that Jessica and Niki were twins.
Imagine that Jessica escapes from company hands and becoming a villain on Adam’s side to take revange on the company and Heroes for the death of Niki.
Or sismply Jessica took over Niki’s body and decidesto take revange…
There are many possabilities if we are talking about Ali Larter but I still hope that they will stick with Niki discovering her real power… (I don’t think that super strenght was Niki’sreal power… Maybesome kinda ‘Medium’ like allowing ghost to enter her body and automaticaly absorbing their abillities Just like peter absorbs…)
I love Niki, Jessica, Peter, Nathan, Bennets and so on… and I want all themain characters from season 1 to stay till very end.
I cant wait, but what about Niki. Oh and David - I’m with you on that one.
Please. The anticipation is killing me. Lots of Sylar scens? A good relief after hearing 12 new villians. NO. NO new characters. PLEASE.
Niki and Jessica weren’t tiwns - In fact, Jessica says specifically (sp?) in Six Months Ago that she was the older sister
I think the whole butterfly thing’s very interesting… Although, I’m gonna guess that’s just an example, and the long awaited butterfly with induced radioactivity will have to wait
perhaps Hiro’s older sister does have powers… we just don’t know about them yet. x
okay, why is it always a butterfly. Its not the easiest thing to do…
