Jack Coleman gave a short interview with TV Guide where he talked about characters in season 3 and their new roles:
About Noah Bennett
I’m currently incarcerated and at the bottom of Level Five in the company facility.” “I think there may be an escape in the offing, but at a cost.” Surprisingly, Noah might not be considered one of the villains at the forefront of the upcoming season. “I think I’m probably more likely to be hunting them.”
About Hiro
“He’s firmly planted in Yakamoto Industries now,” says Coleman. “I think Hiro’s more the guy who starts out wealthy and comfortable and is very unhappy taking over his father’s business and needs the quest. That’s his destiny.”
About Claire
“She’s trying to use what she has for a greater good rather than just blend in and be anonymous.”
About Mohinder
“He’s not as mild-mannered as he once was.”

Almost agreed with you heroesultrafan, those hints dont look outstanding at all, except Claire, true that in 2nd season she was a bit annoying and Noah is always given good parts against the bad guys, more likely he is a hunter against both sides, and Mohinder, well now that Sylar is back, and I dont think that of the new characters Joy will be a simple one, and for Hiro, sorry for Hiro fans, his story is getting borring, in 1st season was entertaining, but in 2nd I always feelt sleepy in his arcs… >.>

Yea MABK, Hiro’s storyline has indeed turn from exciting to neutral, and now to boring. I still can remember how I anticipate the moment everytime Hiro turns out, but I guess now in season 3, I will be anticipating the moment he disappears.
Only like the part about Claire and i agree with MABK and heroesultrafan.
This season is going to ROCK.
You can only imagine what powers Peter and Sylar will be Exposed to.

wow what’s up with all the hiro haters on here. Hiro was one of the ONLY good things about season 2. If they kill off Hiro they will lose me and a bunch of other fans.
What they need to do/ what i’ve always wanted to see from hiro is a story arc where he turns evil or where he at least flirts with being evil.
