Interesting Details About Heroes Season 3
Adam Armus and Kay Foster gave us some clues and interesting details about the season 3. Here is what we have picked out :
Spoilers
- Heroes Season 3 will have 25 episodes.
- Volume 3 Villains will have 13 episodes, which will be released in one go.
- Season 3 will return to the model of Season 1. The only difference is that Season 3 will start with much faster pace. Nice!
- Sendhil Ramamurthy (Mohinder Suresh) is thrilled by what awaits his character this season.
- Angela’s power will be revealed and her role will be very important (we already knew that…)
- Our Heroes will have to save the world at least in two occasions this season.
- We should learn more about evolution of powers.
- Dead character we know will return, but is he really alive that remains a question.

Whoa guys, that whole thing about Benjamin Knox, and the eyes of a predator, i stumbled upon this “heroes” thing. it was really confusing but if you look closely you can see the eyes of a wolf, or tiger. and the place is called tiger’s nest monestary. i totally forgot where i found it, i looked, but cant find it. sorry, but it was awesome.

i wonder who is that person who we think dead but is really a live. i wonder if it is DL or Isaac. Well can’t wait for season 3 im sooooo excited.
Hmm according to the trailer it was kinda of simple when you see Angela getting dragged on the ground and Elle going “Oh Crap!” Sendhil Proberley finds out he can regrow stew and Issac takes more dope in heaven which contained Claire’s regeneration Ability and comes back to life.
Honestly I have no opinon on Sendhil or The dead charatcer rising but Angela’s power must be dangerous.
I’m just hoping Claude is OK. I miss him!
as far as i know, heroes is the best tv show i’ve ever seen, ‘lost’ and all are nothing compared to heroes, though i’m a fan of x files but i feel heroes much better

I honestly think angela’s powers have something to do with dreams or telling the future. The producers said that Peter has shown this ability, like when he fainted and saw the future and stuff.
lemme guess suresh with new found power like um… DNA manipulation, angela with the power of imagining the power she wants or she could clone anyone she likes with their powers intact. Are they looking for a young sylar? im in 4 the part… in case hiro bump up with him. : )
Cool but I still hope we are gonna see Ali Larter in the show…
I wonder about the evolution of some powers. And about that dead Character ‘it’s Nathan’ I s’pose or someone else.
I want Niki back with her sister.
Cool, 25 episodes, the more the better, hope this time the story is darker, 3 part usually is when the storys become darker, and fine that the volume 3 Villains will be a total of 13, half of the season, and then volume 4 the rest of the 12 episodes, i think that HEROES will consist of 7 volumes… I hope soo…
Mohinder will be trilled because now that Sylar is back and to haunt him, that bad specially for Mohinder…
Angela’s hability has soo many to show us…
Save the world in two ocasions, 1 per volume in this season, now that we know that season 3 will consist on 2 volumes… and about the evolution that still has to be explained, the helix symbol is one of them, knowing that is part of the DNA, and about religion, cause of the meaning of that symbol…
And dead character will return, we discuse more about Nathan and Nikki’s fates, but we know they are coming back, one whas shot, but didnt show his dead, he was shown dying that is diferent from being dead, and the other trap in an explosion, and powerless… but about past characters some that could come back to life are characters such as DL or Simone, cause their bodies where intact, Isaac, Linderman, Candice or Eden impossible, cause their brains are dead, and I dont think Claire’s blood can reconstructure dead brains, only the body, not the brain, and about that, it should be fair that Claire’s blood resurects people one time, i mean if that person received its blood and dies again and receives it, it wont have effect, or even if HRG’s eye that was shot was draged out, but he survives, and given Claire’s blood the wound would heal but the eye wont return for exaple… but that the effect is still in some time, like a day,that you are shot but heal, but for a time period… that would be fair…
Something I would love for next season is that Peter turns evil somehow, and evil personality perhaps result of Nathan’s possible death and Nikki’s hability, and that Nathan that is alive and that the Brothers are separated again, that Nathan tries to make him go back to his good side, and Dark Peter fights Nathan and both flying on the skyes of New York, and Claire being witness of the battle between the brothers, Dark Peter using all of his habilities against Nathan and Nathan fighting with only his hability of flying, or cool that he can control wind and with effect of Claire’s blood…
I WOULD LOVE THAT, AND MAKE KENSEI’S SWORD THE ONLY WEAPON THAT CAN PREVENT THAT CLAIRE AND ADAM CANT REGENERATE, THAT IF THEY RECIVE A CUT OF IT THEY WONT HEAL, IT WILL HEAL LIKE A NORMAL PERSON, IF ONE OF THEIR FINGERS OR ARMS IS CUT OR GET STABBED WITH IT THE WOUND WILL STAY THAT WAY, IT WILL HEAL LIKE A NORMAL PERSON, THATS FAIR, AND THAT THAT SWORD HAS A TRUE MEANING, FOR SOME REASON WAS ADDED TO THE SHOW, COOL SEE PETER OR NATHAN OR EVEN SYLAR USING IT TOO…
i agree with mabk about the dead character who will return, i was thinking about that one. The only two characters that will fit that spoiler is DL or Simone. I was also wondering about ‘peter’s sides’ , and i have this feeling that he going to go on the bad side.

Well, that can’t be referring to Nathan. We don’t know if he’s dead yet. He was still technically alive at the end of Season 2. The dead character, I would guess, is probably one that was once a main. That rules our Alejandro, again, in my mind. Also, it’s a man, based on the word he in the sentence. Main character, dead, and a guy…my guess is D.L.
If this poor fellow is in fact dead then I’m hoping it’s not Claude.
MABK’s comment about claire’s blood not being able to regenerate dead brain’s is wrong, I mean, look at Peter Petrelli who obviously lives because of the same cellular regeneration that Claire controls, yet he regenerated after having his entire body explode (brain included?). Also, I’m sure Claire’s brain must have been damaged when the tree branch was stuck through it in season one which means her brain regenerated, AND WITH NO BRAIN DAMAGE! This being said, hell, I think Claire’s blood could possibly bring anyone back to life. My pick? DL! A likely and popular guess among this board.
I have followed Heroes religiously since it came out and I have to say that I can’t wait for the new season to start.
I hope they bring back niki, shes uber cool. As for Angela Petrelli’s power, do you think it could be persuasion by touch? Only I was watchin the first season again last week and when she puts her hand on peoples shoulders, they seem to come round to her point of view. She does it quite a bit in the last few eps S1 (or maybe its just coincidence).
Okay, it doesn’t say “Main Character” that is dead, so it could be Charles Deveaux, Daniel Linderman, Kaito Nakamura, Isaac Mendez, and a few others. The only ones that make any kind of sense are Nakamura, Deveaux and Linderman. We don’t know what Kaito’s powers were so he’s a wild card, and there WAS a spoiler saying that this season we would see what his power IS, not was. Deveaux showed up in Peter’s vision of the past AFTER he died, and since Linderman’s power was healing, who’s to say that he didn’t heal himself. The argument against it being Linderman would be that DL took out the part of his brain (back-center) that controls the heroe’s powers.
I also wanted to address the comments regarding Peter going to “the darkside,” which I think is completely and utterly stupid. They are promising 12 new villains outside of the usuals, Monroe, Sylar, the entire comapany, etc… and that still isn’t enough bad guys for you??? Peter is the protagonist of the entire story. You know how I know that Peter is the central figure of the story…..they ALWAYS use alliteration the main characters name, i.e. Peter Parker, Clark Kent, Peter Petrelli. Okay, so that theory is a little thin, and it’s more an observation than anything, but for Christ’s sake, Peter was considered a bad guy for most of last season whether he was aware of it or not.
If you keep making good guys into bad guys, there won’t be anyone powerful left to fight against the villains. What I want to see this season is Claude come back and train Peter more thoroughly so that he can battle the 12 new villains and the repowered Sylar, and the returning Adam Monroe that deceived him last season. I want to see Claude intentionally taking him to meet other heroes to gain their powers, and sometimes sneeking up on them invisibly and taking powers from people in the company. I want to see how he gets his irish girlfriend back from the future he left her in. And finally I want an answer why when Peter gains too many powers, he explodes, but Sylar can seem to absorb as many powers as he wants with no repurcussions. Oh yeah, and i want to know how Sylar gets his powers.
DC I like your idea. Of course I’d just be happy to see Claude return.
I can’t wait for season 3, September seems so far away.
The reason Peter exploded was because there were loads of heroes in the same area so he was obsorbing loads of powers at once and so overloaded. Sylar can only take one power at a time that is why he did not explode and Peter did.
I would like to see Claire do more in the new season. So far she just seems scared and hides alot but with her power she has nothing to fear.
Like in season one when she went into the house to stop Ted from exploding and she cam out of the house like a skeleton but then healed fine. She needs to be more involved and doing dangerous things to help out the heroes against all of the new villians.
I would also like to see Ando having a power. Up till now he has just helped Hiro to learn and develop his own but towards the end of the last season Hiro kept telling him to keep out of the way so he wouldn’t get hurt. I like Ando but I don’t really see much use for him anymore unless he develops a power himself.
Smokey mcpot, I think you have opened up the answer to me regarding Peter’s explosion versus Sylars’ lack there of. You are still wrong, but it helped give me the push in the right direction I needed. It wasn’t because of all the other Heroes that were around, all of them had ran into Peter earlier in the season, except Nicki and DL, and he had already absorbed their powers. The BIG and MANY powers he absorbed were from Sylar, although once again, he’d already seen Sylar before and absorbed all the powers he had up until then (at the Highschool) however Sylar got several more powers between then and when he and Peter met at the plaza. Unfortunately due to Peter’s memory loss, he has no idea of half the powers he has. Due to Sylar, he should have super-hearing, liquification, voice of persuasion, ice manipulation, etc. If Peter ever gains some sort of memory or awareness of these powers, Sylar would never be a match for him because he would always have all of Sylars powers, PLUS anyone else he had came into contact with.
Also, no offence, but if Ando all of a sudden gained a power, I’d probably stop watching the show due to the utter ridiculousness of it. You can’t just start giving normal characters powers just because. He was essential to Hiro’s development by showing courage and putting himself in Sylars way in order to show Hiro what he had to do. Also, if you haven’t been reading the graphic novels, he has a special relationship with Hiro’s sister (the new head of Nakamura Industries) and the two have their own story line coming up. Next you are probably going to tell me HRG needs powers, and maybe Peter’s irish girlfriend should get powers and come back from the future??? I’m not a die-hard star wars fan, but giving Ando powers or just getting rid of him because YOU don’t see the importance of his presence, would be the equivalent of giving Han Solo ‘the force’ or just removing him after the first episode because he doesn’t have as cool of powers as Luke.
I know that’s a lot to take in, but hey it’s got to be 4:20 somewhere so go have a smoke and soak it all in. puff puff pass.

BTW, some times the ANtagonist has alliteration in their name too, i.e. Sylar, or also known by his REAL name, Gabriel Gray.
I hate to burst everyone’s bubble but the “dead man” that is returning in Season 3 will be none other than Arthur Petrelli
or as I like to call him Adam Monroe

Yet, Arthur COULD possibly be the dead person returning, however they have hinted that it is someone we already know, and we do NOT know Arthur at all yet.
They have hinted that we are going to learn more about Kaito and Angela’s relationship, which means we will probaly see Kaito in flashbacks, however I revert back to my comment above that they have said that we will see what Kaito’s power IS, not WAS. That would imply that he is not really dead. They had also said last year that Simone would be back, and she would be on the dark side. Her father had a strong power, and we have yet to see a child born from a hero that does NOT have a power, which would mean Simone HAS a power and could lend itself to her coming back to life, or never actually dying in the first place.
As a side note, if all heroe’s children have powers, Nathan has two sons and they might develop their powers early like Molly. They said Nathan’s role this season as a father will be at the forefront, which could mean with Claire, the two sons, or both.
Agreed with DC’s comments, right with his point of views… ^-^…, and about Simone, know if Tawny Cypress has still a contract with HEROES but good if she comes back, but perhaps her hability is like her father Charles, but who knows what his true hability is, is the most weird one since 1×23, who knows it was a dream or time travel and Peter being invisible, because it wasnt a memory, who knows, still a mystery that one, and DL good if he comes back too, now that Nikki too will come back, wonder how she could survive the wharehouse explosion being powerless and in the edge of the because of the virus, and hope that alla the strains are destroyed…
A hard one, Claude hope he comes back, and with Bennet as partners again and surely know which person with hability was he hiding, cause that was the reason he became a security failure shown in 1×18…
And about my comments about Peter being evil is not stupid, remember when you suffer you change, besides it wouldnt be Peter, it will be an Evil Self, cause of Nikki’s hability, Peter has to give a effect of that hability, not only the super strenght, and for the record obviously that Sylar will still be the bad boy and not Peter, about him being dark is for his plot, with respect of his relation with his loved ones, specially Nathan, and him too… and about Angela too, because still she loves her sons, even if she uses them, because she suffered Peter’s possible death, and Nathan on being killed, she is very emmotional when she finds out Nathan had being shoot, if like she wanted to cry, but she cant… she wants to let go of them but she cant, wonder what is her hability… and about the Haitian, hope his relation with Angela is revealed…
Oh and about brains, agreed that regenerated blood can regenerate them if they are destroyed, Linderman for example because its not the same the brain and the body, cause the brain is the soul as Chandra Suresh said, and a soul can never come back, and for Isaac, cause who knows what Sylar does to the brains, if he eats them, then he should be shown with his mouth and lips covered in blood, thing that whe have never seen at date…

I may be wrong, but this is how i think Sylar is able to acquire those powers.
Sylars’ gift is the ability to understand things and how they work…Which is why he is so good at fixing watches. If you remember carefully, there was one episode where i think Sr Suresh Snr took a broken watch watch to Gabriel Gray and all he did was put it to his ear and instantly told Dr Suresh that he knew what was wrong with it…
So, Sylar in my opinion, doesn’t actually ‘eat’ the brains,…The powers of all the individuals are all controlled by the brain, so when Sylar ”looks” at the brain, he therefore understands how each of the respective individuals powers work, and therefore (maybe)alters a certain part of his brain to perform that function…
I’m not good at explaining things guys, but i hope that may help…!
Interesting theory. They’re supposed to tell us what Sylar is doing. It will be intersting to see if you are right, logan.
couldn’t it be possible that at the end of Volume 2 Nathan shot himself (future Nathan asked Peter to take him back because of the consequences of telling the world his powers). It is definitely not Issac who is coming back because it is explained in volume two that without your brain you cannot regenerate so Claire/Peter/Adam couldnt bring him back anyway (Unless Hiro goes back in time to stop Sylar killing Issac but that would just ruin the whole show). Personally I think that the character who is coming back is Charles Devoux because near the end of Volume 1 he shows several powers when Peter is dreaming like entering a dream and seeing invisible people so he could have the same power as Peter and that means he could regenerate.
i really hope that they discontinue the series after volume 3 because i really don’t want them to ruin it by dragging it it along. They did that with Lost and that pisses my off.
