by Matej ( Heroes Television)

The ODI just revealed us that the episode 24 of season 3 will be called “ I am Sylar ” , which means another Sylar centric episode ( episode 3×19 is called “Shades of Gray” ).

Speedster be in a bunch of episodes, coming up. Yay! — At some point, she gets kidnapped but Matt thinks she’s dead and it makes him take a “dark turn.”

Also, we’ll see how HRG has provided the Hunter with intel on all the heroes and how to neutralize their abilities.

Rachel Mills, from the awesome webisodes, will appear in episodes 3×18 and 3×19.

Mohinder only has super-strength and no other powers, say the show’s producers. And when we meet Young Bob in episode 3×23, we’ll see him use his alchemy powers.

Ali Larter won’t have much screen time in Volume 4, but she will be here. Tracy proves to be “incredibly fearless and resourceful” during the “Fugitives” storyline, says a show rep, and “ultimately proves to be a strong, enduring presence in the Heroes universe.”

E! is reporting that Tracy will die in Episode 3×20 and that she will return as another manifestation ( Barbara ? ).

Claire will meet Alex (Justin Baldoni). Rebel ?

Hiro will go to India.

All the good stuff lol These spoilers make me even MORE excited to watch Heroes…this show is on FIRE!!!!! and I liiiike it!

Pikora February 14, 2009 at 12:17 am

Oh and the “dark turn” that Matt will take…will it be revenge??

Keefe February 14, 2009 at 12:50 am

Maybe the “dark turn” for Matt isn’t such a bad idea after all. Matt was such a wimp before Daphne dies anyway. Maybe this incident can also trigger his ability to be more than just reading minds and controlling minds. Who knows? :o

Pikora February 14, 2009 at 12:52 am

We should definitely be expecting his darker side!

Bruno February 14, 2009 at 1:01 am

I’ve never wanted to read spoilers, but this time is different, because Fugitives is certainly the volume that most made me speculate…

Anyway, now I’ve read those spoilers, and I can say that Matt’s dark-side will be great! (at least I hope so)

We’ve never seen a “dark turn” of Matt (the explosion future, of season one, was too little), and I think that this time, my theory about Matt’s ability could be finally probed.

My theory is that, Matt’s power isn’t Telepathy, but “Mental Empathy” or something like that. I mean, Telepathy only consists in getting acces to other’s minds. But I think that actually Matt can have any powers that are controlled by the mind (telepathy, illusion, telekinesis, precognition, technopathy, electronic comunication, enhanced memory, and so on). And now he has developed Precognition, my theory is staring to be true. Also, we know that Matt can make illusions, so this would be like Candice’s power. I don’t know, but maybe Matt’s power is like Peter’s empathic mimicry, but only capable of absorving mental powers.

Tarot February 14, 2009 at 2:41 am

Well that’s cool. I’m glad Daphne’s not dead. I like her.

mattt February 14, 2009 at 4:39 am

Bummer, it took a long time for her to grow on me, but i was actually finally starting to like Tracy

herogirl February 14, 2009 at 4:43 am

its great that Daphne isn’t dead, she made it into my top ten best characters to hit heroes on one of my blogs, i love heroes!!! when will it air in AUS? doesn’t matter, i’ll just watch the epi’s on youtube till then
heres the address for my blog if youwant something to read: http://www.thevaultofheroes.blogspot.com
you should be able to access my other blogs from there…

ct February 14, 2009 at 11:17 am

well in season 2 bob did say that anything the mind controls matt can cantrol so maybe he can do all them different mind things..?

Hopeless February 14, 2009 at 3:59 pm

Just a thought but why hasn’t Sylar gone after Matt then?
Given how many powers Sylar now has it seems quite obvious that he’d go after someone like Matt and then there’s the little detail about Molly, doesn’t that theory mean Matt can locate anyone if he needs to?

Tay February 14, 2009 at 6:46 pm

Oh sheesh, they finally kind of make me like having Tracy around and NOW they kill her off. Brilliant.

Bruno February 15, 2009 at 12:03 am

Haha that’s true Tay, when we finally were starting to like Tracy more than Niki, they kill her ¬¬
However, they said that we were going to see another aspect of Ali Larter, and I’m sure it’s going to be Barbara… I think that Barbara will be great, cause she’s somehow related to Zimmerman and The German (we’ve seen a photo where there was Zimmerman, a woman, The German, and Ali Larter, surely as Barbara)

My theory about Barbara is that, she’s Zimmerman’s daughter (adopted), because we have Niki SANDERS, and Tracy STRAUSS, and in the heroes world, there were a Dr. Sanders and a Dr. Strauss, and both worked for The Company. We also know that Zimmerman worked for The Company, and we also have that photo with Zimmerman and Barbara, so, I think she’s his adoptive daugther. ^^

Keefe February 15, 2009 at 12:52 am

Who wants to take a guess of Babara’s ability? LOL.

Tay February 15, 2009 at 4:21 am

I hope Barbara’s a good charachter. And I hope they don’t make her slow to be liked like they did with Tracy. Because I seriously had hatred for Tracy until this volume.

Bruno February 15, 2009 at 4:37 am

I think that Barbara’s ability will be a mental one, and one that we haven’t seen yet in the show, like Reality Distortion or Projection. Why? Because Niki has a physical ability, and Tracy has an elemental ability, and if each of the triplets have a different kind of ability, the doctors of The Company, who injected them with the formula, may have more power variations to study.

Some say that Barbara’s power may be Levitation, because in a small promo that was featured before the airing of The Eclipse, Part 1 we see Ali Larter, who levitates off the ground a few centimetres, and knowing that Tracy has Freezing, then why would they show Tracy levitating? So it should be Barbara. But the thing is that, that promo was about Ali Larter, not about Heroes, so it could have been used for showing that Heroes is a show about people with abilities…

Other say that Barbara has Weather Control, and she was the one that Bob talked about in Generations. They say that this promo which showed Ali Larter levitating is actually Barbara, who can levitate due to her power of Weather Control, as Storm (from X-Men) did.

herogirl February 15, 2009 at 7:26 am

that sound pretty logical, i think that Barbara will have a mental power too, i hope its really cool one that fits her character, like if she were say… a lawyer, then mind reading would be good for her, or maybe teleportation if she were a postal worker lol.
its great that the speedster is gonna be around for a bit longer, she is one of THE BEST new characters, of course theres Elle as well, but i don’t think she counts cos she’s dead. Now i’m sad…

Bruno February 15, 2009 at 11:00 am

Sorry Herogirl, I’m sad too about Elle’s death =(

Anyway! I agree with you, Daphne is GREAT! She’s very funny, and very interesting when she’s serious also. Beside, she and Matt make a very good and interesting couple, but… I’ve heard that probably Janice (Matt’s ex wife, for those who had already forgotten her) will appear again, due to the baby that Janice had a few months ago… But I don’t know how much of truth this rumour has…

Another thing that I’ve read, and a very interesting one, is that there’s the chance that neither Meredith nor Flint died in the destruction of Primatech/Pinehearst!
I don’t care too much for Flint, but I do for Meredith, cause I liked her character ^^

mattt February 16, 2009 at 4:09 am

1-Bruno, I agree, i hope meridith is alive
2-Tracy was finally statring to grow on me, so I hope she doesnt die
3-Glad to her Daphne is still kickin
4-Very interested to hear about this Alex dude
5-If Tracy does die I hop[e it is a battle to the death with her sister, that would be kinda cool, even though I dont want her to die

Bruno February 16, 2009 at 4:41 am

I don’t want Tracy to die either, but I kinda know it’s gonna be that way… =(

I don’t know if they would do a battle with Ali Larter vs. Ali Larter… ‘Cause that would be too expensive, and the producers already decided not to do some scenes (or made them different from the original idea) because of the echonomical crisis. For example, formerly, Jesse’s power was going to be Earthquake-Stomp, but that was too expensive, so they give him Sound Manipulation

However, a battle to death between Tracy and Barbara would be great!! I totally agree with you ^^

daveo17 February 16, 2009 at 5:39 am

anyone else thinkin that Angela might have more then one ability
i think they’ve only scratched the surface with her .

Ben February 16, 2009 at 10:57 am

Nikki. Jessica. Tracy. Now Barbara?

Is she cloning herself somewhere Jango Fett style?

Maybe the new slogan of Voume 4 should be: Save Ali Larter. Save her career.

Bruno February 16, 2009 at 2:22 pm

Dave: I don’t know if more than one ability, cause that’s kind of impossible… But maybe we have only seen an only aspect of her ability… However, they confirmed that Angela’s ability is “Precognitive Dreaming” so…

Ben: Ali Larter is a great actress! We are very lucky to have her on the show. Do you know how many oportunities has she had of leaving Heroes to film movies where she was the protagonist character? A lot! And even so, she decided to stay in Heroes.

Besides, Jessica wasn’t a clon, she was only the product of a mental problem that Niki had, but she actually never existed with the appearance of Ali Larter, cause Jessica Sanders died when she was 10, and besides she wasn’t Niki’s twin.

sk74 February 16, 2009 at 9:17 pm

@daveo17

It has been speculated in the past (by fans on this site, among others) that Angela might have the ability of Suggestion. There have been some instances where she seemed to be able to say something assertively to another character, and they have complied… similar to Eden McCain’s Persuasion ability in season 1, but without the weird voice effect.

Think about season 3 (Villains) when Angela, Parkman, Daphne and Arthur were inside Angela’s mind, and she was bound to that chair in what looked like her office. When Daphne tells Matt she loves him, Angela takes the opprtunity to remind Arthur that they were once like that… and she suggests that he let her go. Arthur looks kinda dazed at this point, and releases her… but it looks as if he’s not all there, if you know what I mean lol! Like he’s being mind controlled in SOME way.

If Angela does have an ability like this, she uses it very discreetly.

Bruno February 17, 2009 at 12:51 am

Yes, I know what you mean. Also, it seems she was using it with Heidi (Nathan’s ex-wife), when she grabbed her arm and told her that Nathan needed to be alone now…

Of course, I thought that too. But, come on, there’s nobody in Heroes with more than one natural ability! Sylar, Peter, Arthur, and Linda had absorbed/aquired more powers, but their natural ones are Intuitive Aptitude/Empathic Mimicry/Power Absorption/Aura Absorption respectively.

And maybe we can think about the Haitian, ’cause he can block other’s abilities and he can also erase memories. But he hasn’t two abilities, is only one, called Mental Manipulation, but he developed two different aspects. As well as Matt, who can use Illusion, Precognition, Telepathy and Persuation, but those are different aspects of his natural power.

qt.jen February 17, 2009 at 5:02 pm

I am really enjoying volume 4. I was also wondering about the multiple abilities of some characters, but I like it. I am most likely the only person who was happy to see Daphne go. (but now I know she is not dead) I really think that Matt and Daphne story line is soooo sappy. I am sad to hear that Tracy is going to die, so far Tracy was the best character of the Niki, Jessica people. I am excited to see what Barbara’s ability is. Volume 4 is turning out to be really good.
I would be really happy if they brought back Elle from the dead, I don’t know where she would fit in the story line, but she was my favorite Hero.

Bruno February 17, 2009 at 6:31 pm

Sorry to say this qt.jean, but Kirsten Bell confirmed that she won’t appear in Heroes anymore, because she’s very bussy with Veronica Mars and other projects she has.

The producers said they could have done a lot of things to bring Elle back, like if she was pregnant and the baby had rapid cell regeneration, then she could have healed thanks to the baby’s ability… But Kristen said she couldn’t appear anymore, so we won’t have Elle =(

Mila February 18, 2009 at 3:26 am

Hmm….
Ali Larter has three lives in the show. Her first was Niki, second is Tracy and a Babara. THe show shouldbe save Ail Larter, her career.

I’m glad Daphne is back, it was cool because you can always tell if a charracter is going if when saying the names during the 10min. or so, they say: GUEST STARING: and the chracter. I totally knew Daphne was going to die, or get out of it for a while. But, the death of DAphne destoried Matt to a high piont, he will never be the same agian. I wouder if because of her death, she will see a different side of Matt while he tries to get revenge.Yes, we know for sure that will be a interresting episide.

Too bad about Elle’s death thou. Slyar is a great character, but he makes me feel sad, he kills his only chance at happiness. He is now going to be a evil brian-mutilating serial killer for the rest of his life. Way to go Slyar!

Bruno February 18, 2009 at 3:38 am

Mila, do you really think that Heroes is trying to save Ali Larter’s career? I mean, she’s an excellent actress, who participated in a lot of great films (Final Destination, A Lot Like Love, Resident Evil, Legally Blonde, House on Haunted Hill, etc… ) and she has had a lot of propositions for leaving Heroes and making other series, or movies, but she said no, because she loved being at Heroes. Also, the producers of the show said several times that Ali has invested 100% in the show, and that they invested 100% n Ali Larter, cause she’s great!

So, please think twice before saying that Heroes is trying to save Ali Larter’s career you guys…

James February 18, 2009 at 10:02 pm

The E! stuff is crap.

Zazoo Master February 19, 2009 at 10:27 am

what about nikki?

Utkarsh February 20, 2009 at 1:50 pm

I think we are also forgetting about Sylar’s son or whoever he is, for which Sylar also leaves his head-splitting days behind him in the future. Could he be the new guy who is traveling with Sylar, but younger?

Bruno February 20, 2009 at 9:05 pm

You mean Luke Campell is Noah Gray?
Wut how could that be possible? I mean, one is named Noah Gray, is blond, is 5 years old, doesn’t have a mum, and it’s Sylar’s son. The other one is Luke Campbell, he’s like 20 years old, burnett, and does have a mum, and he’s Mary Campbell’s son.

So… I don’t image how could it be that you’re saying possible… But please explain! Maybe you have an interesting theory here!

OshKosh February 25, 2009 at 9:23 pm

Bruno, I think they subtly hinted that meredith survived the fire in the last episode right at the begninning, HRG and angela were talking and he mentioned straight away that ten people died in Ohio when a house spontaneously caught fire.

Bruno February 25, 2009 at 10:15 pm

@OshKosh
I’ve never said that Meredith was dead… Actually, I think she and Flint both survived. Besides, BTE interviews stated that there’s a chance that Mered and Flint survived.

And yes, Noah says “last night ten people died in Ohio when a house spontaneously caught fire”.
However, this doesn’t mean it’s Meredith… Why would she cause a fire in a house? And, Pyrokinesis is a very common power, we’ve seen several characters with that ability (Meredith, Flint, Maarten, Iris)…

Anyway, I really hope Meredith to return! I don’t care about Flint, but I really liked Meredith ^^

Bryce March 5, 2009 at 6:02 am

I liked Meredith and Flint but if they comes back it just makes the show crap again because all the people that are suppose to be dead keep coming back. Although it’s pretty interesting that Eric doyle (the puppet guy) is back in the show. I want to see him have another show down with sylar except this time WIN. Also i wonna see sylar take someones ablity just to show luke how dangerous he is.
