Here are two set pics of Peter (Milo Ventimiglia). They were filming Season 3 finale. Peter has some wounds most likely from his battle with Sylar.
Young Dr. Zimmerman will appear in Episode 3×23 1961. The episode is supposed to feature a flashback to the early days of The Company and be a Angela-centric episode.
Ali Larter is going nowhere ( Season 4 ), and she will definitely appear in the episode with Dr. Zimmerman as well. But is which character?
Volume 5 is titled Redemption. All we know about new season is that a female baddie will emerge and that the Heroes will definitely try to go back to living their everyday lives.
Angela and Peter will be on the run, that they will hide in a chirch in Episode 3×20 Cold Snap and then find “somewhere special” to hide in Episode 3×21 Into Asylum.

ohhhh so they will be bringing a “female Sylar” in Volume 5…that sounds exciting! and if that wound on Peter is from a battle with Sylar, I can’t wait to see a face-off!

I just hope Sylar does not die. Plus I would like to know is this female Baddie new or an old character gone bad? Plus who is rebel? I love the way Heroes is going and is this the episode Peter get’s his famous scar?
also, Tracy IS the fake death, she was meant to fall under one catagory, and mr fuller said shes not going, also, he mentioned a downward spiral for a charcter leading to death, which has to be HRG or nathan. i think Claire will kill HRG, and in the final fight at the end, sylar or peter will kill nathan and sylar or hiro will give peter his scar, and the new female villain will be Claire, then, vol5, sylar is disguised as nathan and has claire working fo him as the new Danko and it will be the last volume.

in the pic above looks like peter doesnt die, which could possibly mean that he gains his full power to obtain all the abilities that he will possibly absorb and perhaps has a load of abilities like sylar does when ”fighting” sylar

i was looking at another heroes site thing and found this ….. A new Heroes webseries is in the works that will pick up where the show leaves off in April on the life of Eric Doyle, the Heroes marionette character. The series will be released in mid-to-late April.

As my name says. And its about time Sylar died. He is too powerful now. I mean..they nerfed Peter. Its bout time he got nerfed aswell.
I am starting to think the same thing about Sylar. I was mildly intrigued by the Sylar’s Father story arc, but that turned out a little disappointing as well. I think the writers have held back long enough, it is time to really step this show up to a new level. Forget the concept of heros hiding in a “normal” world. Begin possibly a large scale war of heros. I think there needs to be a larger number of those with abilities and that it needs to go BIG. It would bring some excitement back to the show.
well if they are going to make a fight with sylar and peter. either peter will have to touch sylar so they can be equal in number of powers, or somehow they will figure out how to get his powers back. as you can see how they are finding ways of them getting powers back, such as the baby touching hiro and his using his powers again. so does that mean that hiro always had his powers but it was hidden away? and they just have to find a way of healing those powers back. i just want to see peter’s power back.

My wish list of characters to die are:
Claire – she is so useless now; whiny teenager, yet somehow able to get new identities for people? The writers ruined her character, they should just do her in……
Nathan – he needs to die for good………
Mohinder – if he was still the same character as the first season, then he would be useful, but he has become pointless…….
Mama Petrelli – her death would actually mean something; have her make peace with Peter, then have her sacrifice herself for him…..Peter’s character has been “cut off” from his emotions, which is essential for his power. Connecting with a loved one again, would allow him to open up and feel empathy and compassion, which could open up his ability; as it is now, he picks and chooses, more or less the same as not letting just anyone get close, but who he decides to let in…………..
I don’t think Claire would be the evil girl….
She wouldn’t kill other people who have abilities…
She helps them…

In the 5th Season, I think Ali Larter would have a new character…
And, I wish Danko would be killed soon….
What if Sylar’s dad had a daughter too? Sylar’s power works in the same way as his father’s so they could in truth have a female Sylar that one of the previous posters referred to. I know that they did not mean that there would be an actual female Sylar, but the possibility is certainly there. He wouldn’t be the first character in the show to find a long lost relative that they didn’t know existed… Probably just blowing smoke out my rear, but you never can tell!
Also, someone mentioned Sylar needed “nerfing”. But he already was. He lost his abilities for a time and then regained them, so I believe this will happen for others also. Perhaps they were simply relying on their powers too much and needed to step back and realise they could still be heroic without them, and to show that fact to us as the viewers. We needed to realise that Peter and Hiro were still heroic without their powers, just as Sylar was still evil without his. Still he is indeed becoming almost unstoppably powerful as was Arthur petrelli, so perhaps the time has come for him to step aside and allow another villain to take the mantle from him, but they would have to be pretty good, don’t you think?
As to Peter getting his abilities back, I really want it to happen, as do many of the fans, which means that it is likely to happen. I do not believe he will get them through taking Sylar’s ability though as this is too murky a road to travel on with too much opportunity for evil that we just don’t want to see from Peter, and since it is tipped that the next big baddie is female, Peter is probably not going to get “the hunger” but if he gets his abilities back as they once were, he already has it so I do not know if he really can get back the same abilities as before. He may get back his original ability, but not necessarily all those that he picked up along the way. He may have to invest some time in getting new ones. He has quite the array of them nearby, flying, regeneration, telepathy, technopathy, precog, strength, time manipulation, supercharge, but I think even put together these are a little less than a match for Sylar as he now stands. I mean even with the powers that he had before he was not an overpowering match for Sylar, and Sylar is stronger now than ever.
I think Peter either has to relearn how to use his ability(which is perhaps also the case with Hiro as when Hiro first gained use of his power he did not have the full array of abilities he had when Arthur took his powers, he learned them over time and may have to do so yet again), and that he already has the power to hold more than one power, but he simply has not as of yet found the way to do it, or he has some sort of mental or emotional block to overcome before his power returns, but only his own power, not those he absorbed in the past. If this is not the case then either baby Touch anmd Go or Ando will play a part, or perhaps even both. If Ando were hitting Peter with his powers for some reason and the baby came into contact with him at the same time, perhaps this would be just what he needs, but I cannot think of any way that this could come about other than by accident say if Peter were holding the baby and Ando was aiming elsewhere and it missed and hit Peter instead. Still, it is a thought.
okay i know how people think it sucks for peter losing his powers. also i know how people are thinking of ways for him to get it back. i think hell get them back in a seiries of ways. one i think (just like in all the othe heroes season finales) peter and hiro will see each other. next peter will get hiros power and go back in time and get his younger selfs power so he can use it.
also, to everyone saying ‘he cant get those other powers back’ ha can because all he has to do is think about them, not touch them.
The new villain, I think, is going to be the third and final ALI Larter. I believe Tracy will be back for it, even though she was shot while she was frozen. I think Peter WILL get his original power back, or something similar to it, but it’ll be a slow process that I think actually starts in the finale of THIS season. I also originally predicted that there were going to be three main villains in Volume V, yet Sylar wasn’t one of three since I believe he’ll turning good. That’s just my take.
