If Peter can only absorb one power at a time by touching the person with the power (thereby losing the power he had before) how is it possible that he was able to fly when he was thrown out of the building? Didn't he have Matt's powers at that time? As for Ando's powers, he can increase everyone's powers. So can't he just touch Peter to bring Peter's original powers back? Shouldn't he have touched Tracy before she can do that cold snap? And if he can increase someone's powers while Matt's baby can re-charge powers, then the reason why he was able to release that energy was because the baby touched him. Now that the baby touched Hiro, then Ando can touch Hiro to increase Hiro's powers, thereby regain his power of teleportation.
