in the formula future we know that sylar exploads after his osn is killed. that could be what hiro saw when he went there…btw where was hiro in that future??
then again it could have been another guys power…

@alexx we never saw that fight though, so we don’t know that he touched him to get the power. I’m beginning to think they purposely held off showing that fight until next season just to keep us wondering about this very issue.

well after the finali, now we know that he has to touch them, otherwise getting sylar’s power would have been easy….

still doesn’t mean he HAS to touch the person, just means he hasn’t fully figured out his powers again. If the formula peter’s injected himself with really gave him back his original power, then he does possess the capacity.

Hate to do this to ya, but you’re wrong. If you watch the episode again, you’ll notice he runs into the fire and tackles Nathan. He never actually flies until AFTER grabbing Nathan. Head to youtube and watch it agin, you’ll see what I mean.
