HEROES BAND TOGETHER IN AN ATTEMPT TO PUT A STOP TO ARTHUR PETRELLI – GEORGE TAKEI, KRISTEN BELL, BREA GRANT, SETH GREEN, BRECKIN MEYER, JAMIE HECTOR AND BLAKE SHIELDS GUEST STAR – Hoping to find a way to stop Arthur (guest star Robert Forster), Hiro (Masi Oka) and Claire (Hayden Panettiere) band together and travel back in time 16 years to when Kaito (guest star George Takei) gave baby Claire to H.R.G. (Jack Coleman). Meanwhile, Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) and the Haitian (guest star Jimmy Jean-Louis) team up to finish off Arthur Petrelli for good but are interrupted by Sylar (Zachary Quinto). Had a thought, in ep10 Angela sends Matt to find Hiro, saying that he is important but not why. Spoilers revealed another Petrelli would be revealed other than Sylar and Arthur.
Angela maybe Hiro’s mother from when she had the affair with Kaito.
Peter and the Haitian, team up? Sounds like something happened to Nathan. My guess is Nathan is killed off for good this season.
On a side note, a lot of promos for Fugitives popping up with a picture of the Hunter on them. The actor was great in Lost and Oz and 24, should kick ass in Heroes (can’t remember his name).
I have been enjoying this season a lot. Every episode is getting better and better. I just hope the future stays bright.

I’m going to bet the remaining Petrelli is Ando. Think about it. We know nothing of Ando’s past besides his comment that Kaito was like a father to him. We also know that Ando has been beside Kaito during a lot of important scenes. My guess is he is the son of Angela and Kaito as a result of the affair. Ando probably doesn’t even know it. Kaito is the one that allows Ando to stick around him. Then again, I could be reading too much into it.

Yep, definately going to be a good one to watch. This volume has been building up and building up — foreshadowing this huge climax at the end of volume 3.
So Claire and Hiro travel back in time 16 years? Pretty interesting. Why tho? The suspense is killing me! I know that Hiro’s mom will guest star in this episode (confirmed on Heroes wiki). Also there are spoiler images of Arthur with Claire and Hiro on the rooftop where Kaito gives Claire to HRG… so I guess we’ll just have to wait and see…
Yo James, post a link to where you got your information on “another Petrelli” (not Sylar and Arthur). Kelsey: that’s an interesting thought on Ando tho… I really wanna see him get his “red lightning” power that Hiro saw when he went forward into the future and Japan was about to be destroyed. But then again, the other Patrelli could be Hiro because Angela did have an affair with Kaito. But my guess is going with either one of them.
Suresh’s character is killing me. He’s just playing the mad, mutated scientist in the background. I know that fans agree that he is one of the best characters, but his evolution as a character has been pretty repetative as of late. We all know that when Peter visits Isaac’s apartment in the future, Mohinder has mutated into something — but what?? Fly Man? Lizard Man? But since it says that he discovers a “breakthrough in the formula that will likely change everything,” maybe he found a way to reverse his mutation, yet keep his powers?? I dunno… get him out of the lab and into some action tho!!! Spice up his character please!
I have a feeling that Ando is Kaito’s son, which is why he and Hiro are like brothers and Kaito looks out for him.
I did read on wikipedia once that in WAR Sylar and Peter lead the Heroes into battle against Claire and the villians. And that Echo and Monica would be in the upcoming war episode. Cant wait.

I have no idea who Echo and Monica are but I’m guessing they pertain to the graphic novels and/or webisodes for Heroes. Guess I should check it out….
*WARNING* Spoilers Enclosed… DO NOT READ IF YOU DON’T WANNA KNOW
After careful consideration of this “Peter and the Heroes vs. Claire and the Villains” debacle, I have an interesting theory for you:
When Hiro takes Claire 16 years into the past, SOMEHOW and SOMEWAY Arthur is going to be able to persuade Claire to join him, whether it be through kindness, manipulation, or even Claire might see Arthur’s point of view and generally agree with his purpose.
In episode 12, “Our Father,” we have seen photos of Peter shooting Arthur in the head with the aid of the Haitian’s ability to block powers. Later, when Claire comes back from the past, she will find out about Arthur’s murder by way of Peter and in a violent rage — leads the villains against Peter and the Heroes in the epic volume finally entitled “War.”
For the past several weeks, everyone has been riding Claire about how she can’t protect herself and can’t fight and blah blah blah blah blah — essentially treating her like a child in an attempt to protect her from any real danger. My theory is that Claire, having become frustrated and impatient, turns against the Heroes because they never let her play an interactive, or “hands on” role in all their plans and scheming.
This, along with Arthur’s death, will ultimately cause Claire, consumed by hate, to side with the Villains and ultimately lead to what I believe to be the best finale of any television series EVER.
Having said all of that, the spoiler that HRG dies at the hands of Claire in the final episode becomes more and more inevitable. I mean, I LOVE HRG and his character in Heroes and I would absolutely HATE to see him go, but if his death brings about radical and amazing changes to the Heroes series, then so be it. HRG commented in an interview that he is excited about Volume 4: Fugitives, so the extent to which HRG’s death is true becomes bleak once again (I’m not sure of the website but it is confirmed). I’m also not sure if he was referring to Volume 4 as a cast member or merely a spectator, but the fact is that HRG’s death remains to be a distinct possibility in the future.
I just wanna start by saying that LOST totally sucks. 1st season, not bad, then it just went downhill. If you watch LOST, then go die in a hole you douchebag.

This last season has been amazing. No doubt. Arthur plays an amazing role as a super bad ass villain, Claire is getting more pissed through each episode, and although we all love Peter, I think it was necessary for him to temporarily lose his abilities. I don’t know if he DOES get them back (God I hope so, Peter with Elle’s power is freakin’ awesome) and if your reading this for spoilers, well, you’re not going to find them here.
On a slightly different topic, something has been confusing me about the Future Peter(s), primarily his scar. If Peter has Claire’s power of regeneration, how does he have a scar? Yes, I’m aware his powers have been taken away, but in all the future(s) he had his powers, so he MUST have regained them, and if he was cut before he got his powers back, wouldn’t he heal after he re-got them? Am I the only one confused by this?
On a different note, Sylar + Elle, what a perfect couple. Two psychopathic killers romping in undying love. But I see just one LITTLE problem with that couple. As a devoted Heroes fan, I do watch old Heroes episodes (what’s wrong with that?), and I noticed a flaw in the whole Sylar + Elle relationship. Of course, being so obsessed with Heroes I HAD to see spoilers for Season 3 before it came out, and there was a quick scene were Sylar spoke to Elle saying, “I’m a psychopathic killer,” and Elle responding back, “…takes one to know one.” Remember? Weirdly, he seemed as though he was going to kill her, but I thought even as a freak, he would only kill for abilities, “taking what others didn’t deserve” and he already has Elle’s ability, so, what’s up with that?
One last thing, in Season 1 we all enjoyed the unexpected twist of Claire being Nathan Petrelli’s daughter. The thing is though, it didn’t really just stop at Claire. Let’s list the Petrelli family here, we have: Arthur, Angela, Nathan, Gabriel, Peter, Claire, Monty, and Simon, and then family ties by marriage to the Gordon family. And NOW, we’ve got ANOTHER Petrelli that we didn’t know about? Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Heroes, but with all due respect to Mr. Kring, you’ve got to stop pulling the same trick over and over and over. ‘Cause by now, it seems like the Petrelli family has gotten a reputation for being rabbits.
Keep up the good work, and remember as one VERY wise man once said, LOST spelled backwards is CRAP.

I agree with Skinny Pete, this season has been leading up to something really good and is much improved on Season 2 (being only 11 episodes..but still)
I always wondered about Peters scar, as he can heal. it doesnt really make any sense, but i suppose we’ll find out eventually.
And Sylar and Elle are one of the best couples ever on this show. They just go together and i really hope she doesnt die
But I do find myself thinking..”when will the next Petrelli pop up?’. I could totally believe Sylar…but no more! please!
I also think that even though season 1 was the best..that was because it was new. If they tried to recreate it, people would reject it. You cant impress EVERYBODY. There will always be dissapointed people.

K so for those who are confused about how Kaito is still alive is that Hiro and Claire when t back in time so it isn’t actually him, its him in the past. Thats how he is there.

Hey guys, I just wanted to say that I really don’t think Elle is dead, as Sylar was saying just before opening Elle’s head that he understood everything again, or something to that effect. I think his little evil look after opening her head was to just make the audience believe that he killed her but I believe that he thinks he now knows how to not only take abilities but he can also give them too and he is trying to give Elle Claire’s ability so Elle can heal.
Especially after there has been spoiler’s saying Elle isn’t dead and there is some sort of cover up which is probably to make HRG or Arthur believe Elle is dead so they won’t go after her.

THERE IS NO WAY ELLE IS DEAD. Just look at the description: Kristen Bell is listed there.
Now, I have a TON of theories as to why Elle can’t be dead, what’s going to happen, and what the heck Sylar was doing by cutting her scalp off at the end of the episode, among others, so I’m just going to list a few:
1. We haven’t met the third Ali Larter character yet, Barbara. In the spoiler picture that shows Sylar pouring lighter fluid on “Elle”, if you look closely, that girl is too tall to be Kristen Bell, who is 5′1″. Also, she doesn’t have bangs, Bell does. My theory is that this is Barbara, and that she has the same ability as Candice did. This is why when Sylar kills her, it looks like she is Elle. I know, I know… “But Barbara would have lost her ability during the eclipse too!!!” right? Well, what is SHE is the last Petrelli? Which brings me to theory three:
2. ALTERNATE “WHY ELLE ISN’T DEAD” THEORY: Anyone seen the web comic where Adam is in the coffin and he’s thinking about all his past wives? At the end, he talks about his next and final wife, the one who will find him. I believe he is talking about Claire, since she cannot die, just like him. Now, Sylar may have truly fallen in love with Elle, and after seeing her get shot, realized how fragile she is compared to him. He may have cut her scalp open to GIVE HER Claire’s ability, so that they can be together forever. I know, so cheesy it’s adorable, right? I mean, Elle was barely whimpering when he began to cut her scalp, when everyone else he’s killed has started SCREAMING at the top of their lungs. For this reason, I think he was trying REALLY HARD not to hurt her, plus, she was looking at him like she honestly trusted him. Fighting his hunger may have accounted fro what some people are calling his “Evil look” at the end.
3. Seriously, all the Petrellis (Besides Nathan, who’s abilities are synthetic) in this generation have the same powers: The ability to absorb other abilities. I believe they got this from Arthur. Notice how when “Elle” appeared on the beach, Hiro wasn’t with her. We have NEVER seen Hiro teleport someone without him going with them. If Barbara is the next Petrelli, she could have absorbed this from Hiro, maybe while impersonating Ando? Also, it may have been her, not Ando, with the “red lightning” ability in the future.
4. Assuming my first and third theories are correct, I think that Barbara is an agent for Arthur, and sent her to the beach to impersonate Elle (Who Hiro teleported somewhere else, I mean seriously, if you’re going to get rid of the villains, wouldn’t you separate them?!) in order to persuade Sylar to kill Peter and Angela. In the future, she may have also impersonated Ando to get the formula, and zapped Hiro to get it.
5. I think Nathan is adopted. I’m sorry, but I do. Or Angela had an affair. I don’t know, all I know is that is just doesn’t make sense for him to be Arthur’s child. Arthur can take abilities, Sylar can take abilities, Peter can take abilities. NATHAN CAN’T. It just doesn’t fit. Plus, Nathan’s powers aren’t even natural. When he didn’t manifest any, Arthur had him injected with the same magically-disappearing-and-therefore-giving-Mohinder-a-job formula that the Ali Larter characters were. I originally came up with the “Nathan isn’t a Petrelli” theory because I shipped Paire and wanted it to be possible and legal, but the more I looked into it, the more it made sense.
6. Who IS Elle’s mother? In a series that is so obsessed with family trees (Really, REALLY big and COMPLICATED Family trees) I find the fact that this was never mentioned a little strange. Sure, Bob said something about her being dead, but then again, isn’t that what they told Claire? Originally, Meredith was going to be Elle’s mother, making her and Claire half-sisters. If you’ve noticed, powers in this show actually seem to have a pattern, they are not that random. For example: Arthur, Sylar, and Peter can all steal/absorb abilities. Meredith has pirokenesis, and in the pilot, we see Claire heal from being burned in a train accident we recently found out Meredeth and Flint (Note that the siblings have variations of the same ability) caused. Elle’s ability is Lightning, which can cause fires. Meredeth can create fires. Claire is unaffected by either Lightning or Fire. To me, these three abilities fit, making it seem likely that Elle may still be Claire’s half-sister. Note that this will not affect the Sylar/Elle relationship because they are HALF-sisters, and Elle is not related to the Petrellis directly.
7. In the last episode, HRG said that Sylar wasn’t really a Petrelli. Since when has Arthur been known to be honest? “I read your file”. Right, what if someone had switched the names? I think it is NATHAN that isn’t a Petrelli, and either Arthur or Angela wrote the file as if it was Gabriel Gray’s, AKA Sylar . See theory 4.
8. Shouldn’t Adam be back? I mean, HE DIED, just like Claire, just like Sylar. Since the eclipse seemed to be some sort of magic reset button, shouldn’t all the dust that was Adam heal and become Adam again? I mean, he was alive for FOUR HUNDRED years. There HAD TO of been other eclipses in that time. Wouldn’t he have aged and in some cases died during those eclipses just like when Arthur stole his ability? If so, I believe he should come back.
9. I think Peter got his power back after the eclipse, but only his original power, so he hasn’t noticed yet. Plus, the Hatian’s been with him almost the whole time, making it impossible for him to absorb Nathan’s power.
There you go! Some of my theories. Hope you like them.
Also, has anyone noticed that I HATE Nathan? Yeah, he’s annoying. “Trust me! I’m a politician!” *rolls eyes*
Anyways, this show is AMAZING!!! Its so involved, you feel like you’re a part of it! Sylar/Elle is the cutest, funniest, greatest pairing EVER, and she cannot die! And I hadn’t read any spoilers for WAR, but now I’m really excited! I can totally see Claire being evil, that would so cool! And good Sylar rocks.

You do realize that brown eyes are the most common eye color in the world? Maybe you have also noticed that most of the females with powers are blonde? Or at most of the surviving ones are, minus Angela and Maya. [Claire, Daphne, Tracy, Elle (Possibly).]
I understand that theory, but since it was already listed here, I didn’t feel the need to repost it, after all, those nine theories were my theories, and the Ando/Matt/Hiro is the fourth Petrelli isn’t really MY theory. Plus, why does the last Petrelli have to be a son? I would like to think it was a daughter, simply for the shock factor that would bring.
I also have to admit that I find Matt to be the least likely candidate for the “fourth Petrelli son”. Reason One: He cannot take abilities, making it extremely unlikely for him to me Arthur’s son. Reason Two: That means that Angela would have ahd an affair with Matt’s father. Seriously? Just… no. Angela is neat, organized, precise in her planning of things. Matt’s father was a slob, and paranoid. I just don’t see that happening.
I would not be hugely surprised if Ando or Hiro was the last Petrelli as a result of an affair between Angela and Kaito. However, if Ando is revealed to be the last (For the love of God, lets hope its the last) Petrelli son, but NOT Kaito’s son, then I’m curious as to how the writers would play that out, seeing as it would only make sence to bring Ando’s father into the plotline having some sort of Lightning involved power.
I just remembered that Matt’s father could force thoughts and ideas into people’s minds, which sort of debunks my theory about Matt not being the last Petrelli. However, it still doesn’t make sense for him to be Arthur’s child.
Also, has anyone else noticed how bad people seem to want Ando to have powers? I personally think that part of what makes him cool is that he DOESN’T have powers, but is semi-unknowingly connected to so many people that DO.

yes i was thankyou. i will tell you what i think. since heroes lost 2 writers , it has changed direction . i think the writers are making it up as they go along. first there was arthur he will be gone soon , then there was red lighting , what happened to that ? and now there is a plane crash ! next thing you know claire will wake up and it was all a dream, ted, claude and lindrman will all be waiting downstairs for her while they eat waffles… on the other hand the writers might know exactly what they are doing ..?

Well absent characters also include Kaitlyn, Monica, Molly and Micah. Then again, we did see Micah on that episode in the beginning of season 3, and he is a pretty big part of the alternate reality game Heroes Evolutions. Just like the mysterious Hana who supposedly showed up in an actual episode, but I don’t remember her at all.
Maybe they just got sick of ‘M’ names? Haha…
Also, they DID mention is this episode that Ando was going to go try and get powers from the formula so he could go back in time and save Hiro… maybe he gets the red lightning then, instead of time travel.

Anyone else PISSED OFF that Echo was killed off? He had about 6-7 Secs of screen time and then 3/4 more DEAD! At first I did no notice him, but when my gf pointed him out I am fumeing!
If he had to be killed off, he could of had a sound “Dual” with Sylar.

arthur had peters time travel powers and precog powers. he went to get the catalyst and remove hiros powers and then kill him. however hiro survived ,no?
Yeah that did happen. But I didnt think it was made clear how Arthur knew Hiro was there. How would precog powers work if it was 16yrs in the past? Time travel shows confuse the hell out of me at the best of times.
And, what was really weird was…*Spoiler Alert, just in case*
When Peter and the Haitian shot Arthur, Sylar came in and froze the bullet, got the truth from Arthur, and then let the bullet go. If the Haitian was there, how did Sylar have his powers, but Arthur didn’t have his? Remember, Sylar froze the bullet, used his lie power on his dad, and unfroze the bullet, all while the Haitian was still there. If the Haitian became overwhelmed by Arthur’s powers, like he told Peter he would and so letting Sylar do his magic, then why couldn’t Arthur just regenerate or move the bullet before it shot him? Even if Arthur didn’t know he could use his powers at the time if the Haitian did become overwhelmed, he still would have regenerated. So that means that there’s either a twist involved where Arthur is still alive somewhere, or the writers of the show just Epically!Phail all around.
I dont think he’s gonna stay dead for long.
In the last episode Clare was dead for a while then as soon as the eclipse passed, she come back to life. The Haitian didnt stay for very long in that room.

Okay, so, to answer your question since there’s no way in heck you’re going to check your email anytime soon (Just kidding! You’ve been good lately!). It is generally accepted that The Haitian has some sort of switch, or control over his powers. If the combined powers of Arthur and Sylar were overwhelming him, and he didn’t realise that Sylar was there (And thought it was all Arthur) he would have concentrated his power on stopping Arthur. It appears that that is what he did. Also, at that time, Peter still believed that Sylar was his brother, and we all know how Peter can be clueless about evil within the family *coughNATHANcough*. The Haitian knew this, and probably didn’t want to start open season on Petrellis anyway.
