Heroes director and executive producer Allan Arkush had an interview with BuddyTV where he talked about Volume 3 Villains. He revealed us some nice hints and spoilers about season 3 and the episode 8 ( he’s the director of episode 3×08). Bellow you can read some spoilers, but nothing major. - Heroes will become corrupted.
- We’ll see Heroes which we do not expect them to meet work together, and also to go against each other.
Claire with an unexpected partner.
Sylar and HRG also with unexpected partners ( we know from previous spoilers that they work together in season 3).
Allan was going to mention Suresh but he changed his mind saying he can’t talk about it.We will see
- Sometime during Season 3 ALL the Heroes will lose their powers.
- We will see individual Villains, villans as a group and Villains under the control of a NEW arch villain!
- Characters that you never suspected are coming back! ( Lindermann, Claude? )
- Season 3 Episode 8 is conducts of scenes we did not see from the pilot, six months ago and another episode.

Didn’t Claire and Hiro have the final scene of Volume 1 together – Heroes vs. Sylar? OK, they may not have been ever in the same shot together, but they were both there right? If fact, all of the main cast members were present weren’t they?
Secondly, although this is not Masi and Hayden, but in the Company Man flashbacks, where Hiro is a little boy and Claire is a baby, they are both up on the Deveaux rooftop at the same time…

Her dad has a power, she got ‘killed’ early. Maybe she is like a Cloner like our friend in the graphic novels.
My guess about the arch villain is he has only 1 power.
Because in season one HRG said that Sylar is the only person that has taken on more than 1 ability
Excluding Peter because technically peter only has 1 ability.

Because she said when she was being interviewed by Matt that Kaito and her have not done the dirty deed for a long time

all the heroes will lose their abilities? sylar will be so mad! claude is confirmed for the next season.maybe he & HRG will team up.

Is Sylar counted as a Hero or a villain, cause “ALL the Heroes will lose their powers”, does that mean all the characters or the Heroes?
To make sense to all that, it would mean that all heroes and villains will have a dead point with their abilities, or Just heroes… I wonder how they’d do that.
If we are talking just about Heroes loosing their powers then Villains can cause 10 x bigger destruction… like a mouse in the house without a cat.
I think that the point of heroes loosing their powers is for them to realise what kind of gift they carry and that without these gifts they are nothing. Its like a part of them dying, in other words heroes will feel disabled.
That’s kinda ironic… In first season nearly every each of them would do anything to be normal, and now in episode 8 of volume 3 they will do anything to get their powers back… Maybe…

There was a spoilers which says that Angela is the “Queen-Bee of the Darkside” or something. Apparently Adrian ( Nathan) said that in interview during MegaCON.

there will b an eclipse (shows logo) and they will lose thier powers – superman without the yellow sun

i think its quite obvious that when the eclipse occurs, and they all lose their abilities, they will become evenly matched. But when their abilities are restarted some abilities will actually be ‘restarted’ such as peter, so that his ability to absorb would return
