H.R.G. EXPOSES SAMUEL’S GREATEST WEAKNESS IN AN EFFORT TO STOP HIM
H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) recruits Matt (Greg Grunberg) to help him take down Samuel (Robert Knepper), as they use his long-lost love, Vanessa (guest star Kate Vernon), to lure him to them, but Samuel has his own plans for Vanessa in the works. Meanwhile, Hiro (Masi Oka) and Ando (James Kyson Lee) go to extreme lengths to save Dr. Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy). Elsewhere, Peter’s (Milo Ventimiglia) introduction of Emma (guest star Deanne Bray) to his mother (Cristine Rose) brings forth visions of a very grim future.
Todd Stashwick and Sasha Pieterse also guest star.

Only that Masi Oka might one day “return the favor” by guest starring on Mays’ show, ‘Glee.’ “I actually talked to Kevin Reilly about that, and he was intrigued,” Oka tells me. I know what you’re thinking: Hiro can carry a tune? (And hopefully sans subtitles?) “I can sing enough,” says Oka. “Let’s put it that way.” Ten bucks if he covers a certain song by Enrique Iglesias.What’s coming up for Noah on ‘Heroes’?
Not much lovin’, despite having reunited with almost-flame Lauren (played by ‘Law & Order’ alumna Elisabeth Rohm). As series creator Tim Kring explains, “One of the problems for a show like ‘Heroes’ is that romance is harder to do when you need to stop a moving train, so that gets sort of put on hold as they solve the issues at hand.” And that’s a bit of a bummer, since Rohm winningly brings out Jack Coleman’s cuddlier side. Kring concurs: “Because of the stuff Elisabeth played back in the [flashback episode "Once Upon a Time in Texas"], we decided to go farther into that and bring Lauren into the present.”

Meanwhile, Sylar (Zachary Quinto) pays Claire (Hayden Panettiere) an unexpected visit to get answers as to why he isn’t quite himself. Elsewhere, Samuel’s (Robert Knepper) plan to impress his long-lost love, Vanessa (guest star Kate Vernon), takes a terrifying turn. Jack Coleman, James Kyson Lee and Sendhil Ramamurthy) also star. The idea does def have the potential to be very interesting indeed… I immediately thought of a flashback ep to the past (our present?) where there are some kind of riots or something (if this ‘Brave New World’ turns out to be along the lines of anti-mutants, of course – maybe as ‘foreshadowed’ in the current GNs? I really am making this up as I go along lol!)… kinda like a where-it-all-turned-sour episode.
And latest thought-flash: if the plot could somehow incorporate issues happening in our present RIGHT NOW it would be an added touch IMO… Bringing Heroes back to the real-world-concept themes of S1, so in a way it would be as if the ‘In The Future’ setting is a glimpse into OUR possible future – if you get my meaning…
OK I’m getting a bit carried away with the ideas now, I’ll stop rambling lol! Plus… we know the penmen aren’t likely to think of – or even PLAGIARISE – our ideas in the interests of making the show better
If devs had took 10% of what’s been discussed here in the last years I think Heroes would still have 12k rating and be rocking for 5 more seasons.
First things first, SK welcome back! I thought we had lost half the members of this forum with the constant sight changes and all.
The idea of skipping forward in time would certainly provide an awesome flashback episode…in fact it would really give the writers a boast up in that ‘mystery’ which heroes used to have.
For instance, remember FP running in the premier of season 3…we were all so lost and enthralled…claire is evil…why…how!?
It was new, interesting and mysterious. Hopefully next season will hold some of that.
Am i to expect a new GN tomorrow by the way?
Also as I think F.D said, we have come up with so many differeent and plausible theories on this sight, they range from sampson (not my theory) to how alice could best be resolved…yes s.k it has to be done even though i recall you…or again maybe someone else…referring to her as ‘the fugly weather witch’.
Seriously, if we can come up with interesting feasable plot lines, why cant they? Why are we reduces to watched claire do her….oh sorry i forgot that the penmen are bound by their sexual depts to her…
I repeat that the show can be saved but only if the penmen become writers, only if they realise that it isnt there show, or hayden’s show, it is our show. They don’t have to write what the fans want, but they don;t have to purposely annoy us all either…(depowerment of peter, kaitlining of kaitlin and charlie, killing of every villain, messing up of sylar, CLAIRE!….and many others).
